Em Garrett - Warrioress of Intuitive Wisdom...
Emma is a life coach, therapist, NLP practitioner, dedicated yogini & Vedic meditator, a divine woman supporting other women through her life’s work to live their life lovingly too.

In her younger years Em was eternally curious, always observing. She was sensitive, intuitive and a free spirit. And yet she lacked emotional resilience and self belief and found she wasn’t able to bounce back from life’s challenges.
The silver lining to this was that it brought her to the world of personal development. Having seen others glide through life, she knew life could be a lot easier.  Which became her mission, to understand how to flow in life and try and understand how our incredible mind works, and how to get it to work for effectively.  
And so for the past decade Em has focused on just that, which has lead to many disciplines namely counselling, life coaching, NLP, yoga and most recently studying Vedic meditation and breath work.  And she has been working as a mindset coach, helping women overcome challenges and tap into their full potential and really shine in their life. 
Em is the Warrioress business coach, meeting weekly, holding space to serve as a true Warrioress. She guides with supportive knowing & challenges with sensitivity, she is a light force behind the scenes. When there are doubts & worries, Em works with mind models that clear the path to move forward with strength, focus & confidence, like a Warrioress.
1) Motivations: What makes you strive & thrive? What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Being connected with my body and soul. I start each day with a 20 minute meditation followed by movement and exercise.  And I like to set a challenge for each day, which motivates me to be disciplined and push myself out of my comfort zone.  
And at the end of each day I like to reflect on what I’ve done that day and how most importantly how I feel and what i’m grateful for and I give thanks to all in my life. This is key to a better quality sleep.
2) Inspirations: What / who / where inspires you? What influences your actions/life?
What inspires me .. People who strive to be their best, whether it is overcoming adversity, or to pursue their own goals and challenges, I find this incredibly inspiring. And I find Leigh incredibly inspiring as she does just that in her life with such love and grace!  
I also find nature and the human body / mind insanely inspiring, in particularly our mind, and how we are able to harness it’s potential by engaging more intentionally with our unconscious mind to life a more intentional life and connect with the quantum field.  Which brings me to meditation and the spiritual world which has a huge influence on my life.
3) Self care: What rituals / routines / practices / training do you use to nurture / strengthen your self?  
What helps me strengthen my self .. meditating twice daily, daily exercise, the daily practice of gratitude and discipline, ensuring I get outside of my comfort zone.
And what helps me to nurture is to have compassion for self and others and as an active person, regular yin practice and spending time in nature.
4) Self belief: What do you believe about yourself? How does that affect what you do?
I know I am kind, curious and authentic.  Which allows me to stay open, to be intuitive and resilient.
5) Warrioress: your favourite style from the range & why?  

My favourite style is the snake skin pants Because I LOVE animal print clothing and they are so pretty. and a close second is the desert nature floral print.
