Always on so you can join me at any time to gently flow into & find your balance, restore your body, create space in your mind & nourish you soul.

Offering full body stretches with mindful breath work for a whole embodied healing experience. Whilst we'll be focusing on juicy hip openings with yin style deep immersions into the muscle fascia for runners' recovery & restoration for all.

When I went into my yin yoga teacher training, I had just completed a 250km 5 day stage race, my left hip was jammed & I was in intense pain. Within 2 days of yin practice, I miraculously had full mobility back, eased the inflammation & reduced the pain to zero. Always consult your physician if you do have injuries before partaking in this exercise.

I've been running & flowing with a consistent yoga practice for nearly 20 years & yin for 10. These sequences are designed to support runners to run injury free for years like I have, yoga has been my secret to a sustained running career, I believe.

Also for non-runners just to experience a lush flow for living life well with equilibrium & feeling radiant.

I have 450 hours of yoga teacher training & now teach weekly. I have devoted more time lovingly to study the Tantra, Goddesses, Vedic philosophy, meditation practice & intuitive movement. I am obsessed with living life fully & always in awe of how yoga practice expands us.

I have a deep knowing that holding a Warrioress pose cultivates strength & awareness that supports us on this wild & mystical journey we call life.
